Every unit goes through the shop

Nothing gets sold the way it came in. Each appliance is repaired, tested, and cleaned before it gets a price tag, and that work is why we can stand behind it for 45 days.

Step 1

Inspect & repair

We go through each unit to find what's worn or failing and fix it. That can mean belts, pumps, door seals, igniters, heating elements, or control parts, whatever it needs to run right.

Step 2

Test under real use

Washers run full cycles and get checked for leaks. Dryers heat and tumble. Refrigerators have to hold temperature. Every burner and oven on a range gets fired. If it doesn't pass, it goes back to repair.

Step 3

Deep clean

Inside and out: grates, burners, drums, gaskets, shelves, drawers, filters, and knobs. It should look like something you'd want in your kitchen.

Full warranty on parts and labor, on every appliance we sell.

Garage or driveway drop-off

We deliver to your garage or driveway. Moving the appliance inside the home isn't included.

Haul-away of your old unit

We'll take your old appliance when we deliver, as long as it's already out of the home, disconnected, and ready to load.
